!HELP! Emissions Readiness

I bought my M about a year and a half ago. The time for me to get my car inspected has come around and i am having trouble. I have not modified the car AT ALL and I am having the toughest time passing emissions. I bought the car unaware that it was catless and I am 99% sure the car is tuned so that the catalyst monitor and the o2 monitor stay to not ready and don’t throw a cel. I have read about the evolve tune and forcing readiness but i’m not really sure about it. I have tried multiple drive cycles. Buying oem cats is out of the question. Any help is greatly appreciated

If I understand correctly, you are saying that you have TWO OBD2 monitors "not ready"; the catalytic converter efficiency monitor and the O2 monitors.

If you are 100% sure that the cats have been removed, then you MUST have some sort of tune or the CEL would have lit a long time ago. However, the tune would NOT cause the O2 monitor, to be permanently "not ready". It should only affect the cat monitor.

As you may know, in most (but not all) states, you are allowed ONE "not-ready" non-continuous monitors (which include the evaporative system monitor, the EGR system monitors, the secondary air system monitor, the oxygen sensor monitors and the catalytic converter efficiency monitors.

If you have two monitors "not ready", there is likely some other problem beyond the tune. In my experience, the O2 monitors and the EVAP monitors take the longest time to set so if you have recently cleared codes (which automatically sets all the monitors to "not ready", it could take as much as several hundred miles of driving.

Have you scanned for error codes (NOT just OBDII readiness codes)?
