e93 hood vent and cover

Hello everyone - my son lost his drivers side hood vent cover and grille - we have been trying to replace it but none of the carbon fiber ones for sale have the tabs to allow it to snap into place. Has anyone found a set that actually work or have a spare drivers side OEM or know where I could get the OEM for that side if no good carbon fiber option? TIA

That was a very kind dad to sort stuff for the lad which would take him 5min to sort himself...

I'd take a quick look at realoem.com to get the original part number, google it and you'll get a ton of product proposals both OEM and 3rd party.

yeah he tried to sort it out and ordered a set to replace but they had no tabs to click in and were not fitting well - I told him to try to return those but wanted to see if anyone had a good recommendation - I completely forgot about realoem and found 41000036359 (ended) as original but thought others may have struggled with this relatively simple replacement (if you can get the correct part).

In Sweden so don't know about your shops but look up any 3rd party dealer and Im sure you'll find one that fit.
