new pads and rotors - uneven whirling noise

just installed new stoptech sport pads + BMW rotors on fronts on my e92 M3

i have a whirling noise that only happens in one area of the rotor. so while driving you hear an intermittent whirling. is that normal? i've reassembled the caliper, pads, rotor, multiple times and it just keeps happening. there doesnt' seem to be any interference until i put the brake retainer clip on and tighten everything up. will the rotor and pad just wear down back to even?

during road test and pad bedding, the brake feel is normal, no vibrations, feels great. just the noise and uneven contact is concerning.

it's fine as long as brake feels normal without any unusual vibration or reduced performance, new pad + rotors need some pad bedding and surfacing of rotor, i think i've been thru that whether using sports ceramic/carbon pads or just OEM pads.

@jaehshim, thanks. it was more concerning that it was uneven. but ill give it some time to wear down and build some clearance
