Stromung's website suggests 1195 for their E9x M3 exhaust, not sure how long ago that was updated but I'd imagine nothing crazy. Also found an old thread where a used AE exhaust sold for 900 in 2017. |

Gentlemen I'm fairly certain the rear section from AE came in only one version. It was the center section and x pipe that distinguished what was "race" or "sport"
Until Stromung chimes in to say they build two different rear sections I'd be inclined to believe there is only one version. |

This should solve questions about weight, pictures, performance gains, and
anything you need to know about the product. Edit: link does not work when pasted, but type in ae exhaust for e9x m3 and click the **********s site. Edit 2: Apparently you cannot type "m0db@rg@ins" here https://**********s.com/ae-performan...m-e90-e92-e93/ For anyone asking for sound, all I can say is that besides sounding like a work of art, this exhaust has a unique tone that can either be raspy or smooth depending on the x-pipe. With the stock x-pipe, the car sounds throaty and smooth. With my deleted primary and high flow secondary resonated x-pipe there is a bit of rasp while retaining the smooth and exotic sound the AE provides. Sound is very subjective and cannot be truly felt through a video, but if you are looking for the perfect match to amplify your s65, you cannot go wrong with AE.

I'm interested. E90.
You need to get a ballpark price so people don't waste time. Is this $500 or $5,000? Please confirm ZERO drone. Wish list would be a black tip option. Thanks!

Hey Guys,
Sorry for the delay. I'm happy to see interest in the exhaust. I'm currently in the process of sending over the thread info along with the total amount of users interested in the set-up. To confirm somethings : 1. They did inform me that have two versions . One version is slighly louder. Also, I if you look around from past post you can see they designed a sport and race option. 2. I don't have a price as of yet until he get back to he. He did inform if the price and workload sounds right he could have products shipped in 4 weeks. 3. When i had my AE exhaust in the past it has a small drone but nothing crazy. I would compare it to the Dinan exhaust. Once i have an update I'll put it back in the thread. I'll also, update the first post with users who are interested later tonight. |
