WTB: Degrees of separation from a Laguna Seca Blue E92?

I just missed out on a 2013 LSB E92 with 15k miles this past Monday and it’s killing me. I know it’s a long long shot as there are about 15 out there. So almost as a social experiment I thought I would post and see if anyone knows anyone that knows anyone that has one. And then a huge bonus if they would be interested in selling. I’ll absolutely pay what the car is worth. If anyone knows of the 1 E90 LSB I’ll get them an autographed picture of Kevin Bacon!

I figured I wasn't the only one calling them... I couldn't get a hold of someone to talk about that car. It was pretty underpriced, I've been expecting it to show up at EAG

Yep, same here! That is so funny, that is exactly what I was thinking. It's going to be on EAG for like 70k in the next few weeks.

I saw it on Sunday afternoon, wrote them immediately, when I finally got in touch with someone on Monday they said they just got a deposit in. Of all the years I've looked for various cars and plenty of experiences missing out - this one is the worst. But that's how it goes - reminds me of this great article from Jalopnik

Saw this thing the minute it was posted on eBay, I was drooling over it until I noticed it wasn't a DCT… Would've been in my garage the same day!

Its a awesome color.. I just think paying soo much extra is silly.. Not worth it to me. As far as EAG they can go F**k themselves. They're dilusional and ruining the market for people.

I appreciate the optimism Aha! Unfortunately I'm pretty sure this is the one that got away but if I learned anything from buying a house in Colorado something else will come along, it just takes months of dogged searching and patience.

By the way santorini blue is killer, your car looks amazing!

Hey Guys, just wanted to do a follow up post on this.
I was the guy that put the deposit down and purchased the car.
EAG will not get their hands on this one. It will be a keeper for me.
The car will be in good hands, I am a huge bmw enthusiast.
