On the surface it appears that they do. The point im making is that they don't always, if they can lie and get away with it to make a profit they will, just like any other used car shop. What bothers me is how people blindly accept EAG cars as unmolested virgin M cars. They aren't. I've seen them first hand lie on many occasions. Several years ago an E46 M3 popped up on autotrader=. It was a very desirable color combo. Seller clearly wrote in the ad that the vehicle had been in a front end accident and he paid out of pocket for repairs. Thus the car did have accident history but clean carfax/auto check without accident history listed. Guess who scooped up this certain car the same day and sold it as an accident free unmolested M car?

If true, that's a very fair critique. Maybe those are previous practices for which they've been burned on. Selling a car as accident free when knowing that not to be the case would likely be simple to litigate.

Based on the recent videos (in particular the e39) they're highlighting the shape of the car pre and post "restoration" specifically for a future buyer. Maybe they've improved?

It is true. they were called out for it on M3forum, which sadly is no longer around. Maybe they improved on their honesty or improved in covering their loose ends? Who knows. Ultimately if it walks like a duck dont turn a blind eye to it and say its a chicken. These guys get too much credit around the bmw forums, and a lot of the time its based on false information that further misleads the community.

In the end, they are still car salesmen and blow smoke like all the rest. As far as finding the best low mileage cars....the cars find them because people with these cars for sale call EAG.

....and now a Buick dealer wants in on the action. $98,452 sounds like an EAG price....

Wow just looked that one up. With less than 5k miles though it's probably top 10 lowest milage ones anywhere.
