Clockspring Repair Service?

Hello,

So I have a clockspring from a M Perf V2 Electronic Wheel (unique to this wheel.) Yesterday I had the harness get stuck when pulling the wheel and the spring clock got unraveled.

Does anyone know a service/company that rebuilds clocksprings? I want to sell this wheel and know it needs the clockspring to be worth anything.
