That is the most impressive photo journal build and car I've seen in a while. Attention to every detail was very impressive and that your wife took an active role it seems in helping build the car. Did you pick 187 for the Police Code? or is there another explanation?

187 was auto-assigned to me at my first TWS event so I just kept it. Sorry, not a cool reason for having it lol.

At least I didn't make is 1-8-7.

OMG! Simply unbelievable build. I can't imagine how much time and money you spent on this. So clean. I would imagine this is the level of a professional quality build. Is this just for HPDE/trackday fun, or did you build to a NASA or TT spec?

Oh my god, I just died looking at this thread!!!! All the extreme track bits are what I love!!! The interior and the weight mods, drool!!

This was built for and will be a NASA GTS3/GTS4 car next year. This year I'll mostly do DE's and open lapping. It did take a fair amount of hours to complete the build - but - I feel that it was worth it

Thanks - My next weekend is NASA at ECR in Nov. After that I'll do whatever is available since I'll have some scrubs to use up.

Do you have any more pictures of the bimmerworld exhaust? Specifically am interested where the midpipe and final muffler section meet. I have been wondering if I can buy the Y pipe and midpipe and then run a custom final pipe out the right side of the car. I have a fuel cell so the stock fuel tank is missing.
