Rear Shock Mounts
Is it worthwhile to upgrade the rear upper shock mounts to aftermarket units like Dinan or Powerflex? Do stiffer rear upper shock mounts add much NVH? I already have Ohlins R&T and the car is a daily driver.

Tons of stellar reviews on Ohlins R&T. All true! They are the best kit you can get for a primarily street car that also sees some track time. If your car is primarily track, KW Clubsport may be a better fit.

Dinan upper rsm got rid of my rear end bounce over bumps on my 335i. They do introduce more road noise into the cabin. Not sure if M3 rsm are the same soft foam material as 335.
