SoCal GTS DCT Tune?
Hi everyone,
I've got a new-to-me E90 M3 and was looking into potentially doing the GTS tune for the DCT, but I both don't have a laptop (other than a work-issued one) and am not sure I want to mess around with it having never coded/programmed an ECU myself. So, I was just wondering if anyone knows of any local people/coders who can potentially do that or if any local members are pretty experienced with the software and might be able to do for a nice fee. I may just go with the Dinan DCT tune from a local shop since for $119 (plus labor), that seems to just be a modified version of the BMW GTS tune, if not identical. Unfortunately though, it looks like my normal go-to Dinan authorized shop is no longer doing Dinan software tunes anymore. If anyone has any recommendations for local shops they've had good experience with in the LA or surrounding areas, that'd be great too. Any other thoughts, advice, or insight would be greatly appreciated. |

Avus Autosport is a Glendale shop that is Dinan authorized, last I heard. I've been there and had them flash my BMW a few years back. Ask for Amir.

Dinan tune is 120 bucks plus labor. Can be done at any Dinan dealer.
I do not understand why people insist on paying hundreds of dollars for other tuners GTS tunes when they are all basically the same thing. |
