Time for me to move on to a new toy now that my build is complete.

Up for sale is a 2011 E92 M3 w/ clean Virginia title. 36,000 miles. Very rare spec - manual transmission, carbon roof, single hump, manual seats - with low mileage and all desired maintenance/repairs done. Keep in mind only 1,054 Jet Black E92 LCIs were sold in US/Canada, and only 22.3% of LCI E92s were sold with a manual transmission. Add in the single hump (no nav option) and carbon fiber roof (no moonroof option) and you have yourself one hell of a rare vehicle. Then, factor in the low mileage (36,000 miles), maintenance history, preventative maintenance history (rod bearings, throttle actuators, thermostat), and the OEM+ modifications (that total somewhere in the ballpark of $20,000 for parts and install)... and you have one hell of a special car. Asking $52,500 USD!!!

We all know they just don't make cars like these anymore. This is your chance to own a very rare spec, low mileage, and proper German-built 400+ HP 8300RPM naturally aspirated V8, mated to a six-speed transmission and a sublime chassis, that handles on rails and has looks to kill.

Some history: I purchased the car from Russo_T in December 2021 with 33,000 miles. I put on 3,000 miles on the car in two years. Under my ownership this car was always garaged and never driven in rain. Never raced. I am mostly certain Tyler did the same while it was under his ownership since 2019. Entire build journal may be viewed here.

VIN: WBSKG9C54BE797352

AutoCouture Motoring at 29.9K miles performed:
  • Rod Bearing Service (OEM Bearings treated to WPC to GTS specifications, motor mounts, ARP Custom 625 rod bolts, oil pan hardware, oil pick up and return hardware/gaskets, subframe bolts, and alignment)
  • Transmission, differential, brake, coolant, powering steering fluid flush and change. Also a pinion seal, pinion dust cover, differential lock plate was changed.

Modifications:
  • ACM muffler mod with 3 inch gloss black tips
  • Autotechnik Carbon Fiber mirror caps
  • BBS M235ir Wheels (RE 1598) 18x10 et24 w/ Bridgestone re-71r 275/35/18 (F/R)
  • CAE ultra shifter
  • Eventuri Carbon Fiber Intake Plenum
  • Eventuri Carbon Fiber Intake Elbow
  • Eventuri Carbon Fiber Intake Box Cover
  • Future Classic 10mm Spacers (F/R)
  • Future Classic E9X M3 Oil Filter Housing Cap (Ferrari Red)
  • Goldenwrench Blackline Performance Coolant Expansion Tank Cap Cover (Motorsport Blue)
  • Goldenwrench Blackline Performance Oil Cap Cover (Motorsport Blue)
  • Goldenwrench Black line Performance Washer Fluid Cap (Motorsport Blue)
  • iND painted reflectors
  • iND painted side markers
  • iND matte black M3 badge
  • iND Start/Stop Button (red)
  • iND M Steering Wheel Button (red)
  • M Performance Carbon License Plate Frame
  • M Performance Carbon Fuel Filler Cap
  • M performance Carbon Fiber Trunk Spoiler (betalinked)
  • Matek rear diffuser
  • Ohlins R&T Coilovers w/ Vorshlag Camber Plates (alignment set to E92 M3 GTS specifications)
  • OEM M3 GTS door sills
  • Pedal Haus aluminum pedal set
  • POM performance GTS1 front lip

Further maintenance performed at BMW of Alexandria, VA by 20+ year master mechanic (friend of mine) under my ownership the past two years:
  • 5.2.2022 (34K miles) - Replaced spark plugs with new OEM. Oil change and filter (OEM). One coil pack change (#7 was bad)
  • 8.8.2022 (34.7K miles) - Replaced with OEM: throttle actuators, thermostat, front sway bar bushings, ignition coil
  • 8.11.2023 (35.8K miles) - Oil Change and Filter (OEM).
  • 9.19.2023 (36K miles) - Replaced Bank 2 VANOS sensor with OEM

Car is in great shape for its 12 year old age. Runs amazing. Only complaints one would have is a scratch on the one lower side skirt and a chip in the front lip. Few rock chips as well on the front of the hood. I'm happy to post more pictures and answer any questions ya'll may have. This stripper is a very unique vehicle, EXTREMELY well sorted/modded, and is a sheer joy to drive. I just have car A.D.D. and am ready to move onto a new project

I'm located in Northern VA. Give me a holler if you're interested! Happy to FaceTime or take pics. Give me a ring @ (Seven oh 3) Two 2 Nine 3 One Nine 6.

Added photo album of all pics I have of the car: https://share.icloud.com/photos/0f2L...r-q-RPQtqiwybQ

Is the side skirt scratch the mark right below the driver door in the 3rd picture? Beautiful build. Very tempting.

Looking forward to the walk through video. I’m local in MD and interested.

Do you know if there are any solutions out there to cover up the shifter boot areas?

Yep. Most people do some type of alcantara insert like the pic below with the matching M Performance alcantara wheel. I never got around to doing it because I grew to like the “skeleton” look. But if I did want to I go that through I think the M wheel with a matching white stripe would look very nice.

Example below:

Few walk around videos. First one was after a cold start, idle drops to normal operation idle 10 seconds in or so.

9.28.23 Update: Full transparency! Car at cold start this week started to experience a fluctuating idle. What’s weird is after it warms up it seems to drive just fine. Anyhow, I dropped her off at BMW of Alexandria this morning for my mechanic to give it a good one over. I was told the issue is an Intermittent misfire on bank 7 and 8. He’s thinking a faulty O2 or injector. Scans said ignition is fine. My mechanic is the lead tech there - will have the whole shop put a set of eyes on it. Hope to have whatever is wrong fixed soon! Sorry about that (to all potential buyers) but I ain’t selling this car until it’s perfect. Will provide an update when the issue is fixed.

9.30.23 Update: Mechanic fixed the issue. He chased it down to the rear O2 sensors. Sensors weren’t faulty but the drivers side seemed (weirdly) a bit loose. He pulled them out, swapped them, and ran it - smooth idle and no misfires. He then swapped them back and ran it again. Smooth idle and no misfires. So the problem with the fluctuating idle at cold start and bank 7 and 8 misfires is gone. Mechanic genuinely wished swapping O2s would have replicated the issue on the other bank… but his guess is loose or bad connection.

All is well!

Hi all. After a few buyers backed out (it happens!) I’ve decided to reduce the price a bit. $52,500, firm. Can’t go lower ya’ll - some have offered $50K and it’s very appreciated. This is a special car and at $52.5 is a very fair price. Thank you.
