FS: 2012 E93--Engine is Toast

Have a 2012 E93, but the engine needs replacing. The body and everything else appears to be in tip top shape. But, the engine is drinking oil, compression is low in cyl 1, and it needs to be replaced. Would be a great base to install an LS or even a replacement S65. The car operates under it's own power at this time. Registration is up to date for the next several months. I have a few more pics if anyone wants to see.

Looking for $12,000.

That's pretty much all I know. Compression is low in cyl 1. That's the extent of it. I think it's the rings, but that just a guess. I don't think this is a bearing issue.

Internal issues aren't common on DCT cars, especially at 43k miles..
