Text messages display as 'new' when read in idrive

Hi

I've noticed that text and email messages are not syncing very well with my Blackberry.
i.e. there are lots of old messages that still remain unopened when I look in Office Today, even though I read these on my Blackberry weeks ago, hence they should appear opened.
However, some new ones do come through and sync with the system straight away.
I also notice that some messages appear as 'opened' after opening via Idrive but most stay as closed even after reading.

Is there a way to force a reset?
I note sometimes it takes a few minutes to update but there are still 'unread messages' displayed.

Hope all that makes sense to someone.

thanks

Nick

This is just the way it is. I've added and readded the phone after changing the phone's name different names and it's hit or miss. Sometimes emails and text sync right up and other times not so much. It seems to have to do with the initial synch setup? Also make sure bluetooth tethering is checked.
