WTB M3 DCT, Sedan or Coupe in the NJ $50k

So I am renewing my search for a clean M3 again...

Must be a clean title, DCT, must be fully functioning with no issues, clean interior(no rips/tears etc) and sub 60K mile cars only. No accidents, no paintwork, no rollbars/cages, no GTS style wings, no gray interiors, stanced or air ride setups.

Open to mods, must be clean and done via reputable well known shops. Backyard builds are not of interest. Heavy preference for cars with updated bearings and/or throttle actuators. If not my offers will reflect the need to complete the work, regardless of whatever oil report you have. Please state upfront if you have your title or if it has a lien.

Looking for NJ/NY/PA/CT area cars, the car must be presented for inspection at Auto Couture Motoring without exception.

Please do not waste our mutual time with the "If your budget was a lil more" or "I may be willing to sell if" or "Its clean BUT" or "Its got a branded title but" those are of zero interest. Thank you everyone for looking, cash in hand
