Anyone know what software to use to check how many knocks ECU is seeing per cylinder?
I am trying to find out what software I can use to check the knock detection history in the DME to see if a particular cylinder is seeing a higher amount of knocks and hammering on the Rod bearings. Has anyone other than tuners done this before?

I found some more info once i found out what terms to search for. It looks like bmwlogger supports knock counter on the e46 series chassis , but doesnt have any detail on anything newer. It also looks like Bavarian technic may provide knock counter meta as well. I'll dig into this further. Thanks!

they discuss it being available for the mss45 in this old thread back in 2013. https://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=793891. I was hopeful since then the mss60 would have been added at some point but i guess not. It looks like something that can be added manually with the capabilities it currently has.
