Locking car with fob does not lock trunk

Anyone ever experience this problem?

When I lock my E90, all doors lock... however, when I open the trunk via trunk handle, it will unlock..

I just noticed this when I locked my car, I thought I didn't so I locked it via fob again, and my trunk was still opening...

any input will be greatly appreciated... thanks all

Are you still holding the key. If you have comfort access the trunk should open for you unless the key is a ways away. Put the key inside the house and try again rookie.

AHAHAHAHAH, genius... rookie mistake indeed.. I just coded Euro MDM in and coded out my TPMS.. first time using ncs expert... boy was I getting paranoid..
