New Macht Schneider pulley cosmetic damage?

Just got these shipped today brand new and I'm a bit miffed at the condition, however if it's just cosmetic I just may keep them and try and get a discount. What do you guys think?

A/c pulley, will that affect the balance of the pulley?

Crank pulley, I can probably take the sharp edges down so it doesn't rip my belt.
