Someone keyed my F**ING car

this is my second m3 picked it up three weeks ago
I noticed it is like someone keyed my car
damn
Do i need to repaint it to fix it? (or i have another options?)

From the picture it doesn't seem very noticeable, I don't think it's worth the trouble painting the fender. You can have a good detailer try to make it less noticeable. Either way, good luck

someone suggested touch up paint which is about 50
went to a body shop for a small area repaint which is about 300

Man that's nothing! You should've seen when a disgruntled student keyed my 370Z years ago. Now the question is, is that metal I see there or just blemish? Unless that's metal, just use a compound with a dual action polisher if you have one.
I think you'll be fine. If I lived closer I would just have you drive on over to see if I can get that out.
If it is metal I see there, you should get some AW paint to fill that in, then polish it all over for an even finish.

That doesn't look like someone keyed your car, more like a scuff mark from rubber or hard plastic. The middle of the black line looks like it wasn't pressed as hard as the rest, and it tapers off at the bottom. Keyed car looks more consistent.

before you freak out, why don't you run your fingernails over it and determine if it's a deep scratch.

Actually, this. Try washing the area, it looks a little dirty. Would AW scratch black?

After washing the area well, re-assess the damage and then consider compounding and polishing? It'll require more elbow grease by hand, but it'll be cheaper and provide peace of mind quicker than finding/buying a DA.

Agree ti this method. Had a pretty deep scratch on the door, went to me dent master who filled it with (AW as well) and then sanded it gently. The scratch wasn't quite all the way down to the metall but I didn't want them to thinner the paint too much so went for a prefill. It annoyed the hell ot of me at first bit after a while I had to search closely to even find it.

First of all sorry to hear that man!
Second...it looks like an rubber mark maybe from a fresh tarred street or something? Or someone striked you accidentially, with an rubber piece...basket, handlebar...stuff like that.
A good detailer should get rid of it as long it is just on the surface your good.

Happened to me before. If it's down to the metal, I cleaned it out and used factory touch up paint then used blob remover. My car is black so it blended very well and came out great!
