CCC XCarlink reverse camera

Hello All
I just recently bought an xcarlink module to put in a reverse camera and in need of some help...
- I tapped into the low and high can interface
- I supplied the unit with a 12v power source from the fusebox
- I hooked up the rca cable from the unit to camera
- I am supplying power to the camera from the carlink wires
- I hooked up the grey wire to the positive reverse light
the module turns on and i have the menu up but it does not recognize anything
else..no camera
can anyone help?
