My buyer's loan application got denied - car back up for sale.

Just FYI - did a PPI with said buyer's mechanic who inspected car top to bottom and said he's never seen a car like this in such pristine condition - actually made me reconsider my asking price.

Obviously willing to do another PPI with any potential buyer, but wanted to reiterate what type of condition this car is in.
