e92 amuse style front bumper for e90?

hi,

i read on a few posts that the e90 front bumper is the same as e92. i have a 2009 e90. i was wondering if anyone have tried this bumper or any e92 front bumper on their e90.

The bumpers should interchange with each other. I haven't seen this bumper yet, hopefully it fits like oem.

i just got a response from the seller. and he said it only fits e92/e93. i'm so confused.
i guess one thing i can do is check if the oem e90 and e92 bumper have the same parts number. i'm assuming the fitting is based on the oem bumpers.

if that's the case when why would vendors sell chin spoilers for both cars

that's a good questions. maybe the base of the bumper where the lip attaches are the same dimension?

Thanks for confirming PlannBee. I got some scratches on my oem bumper so i'm gonna get this one to replace it.

Sorry for reviving old post. I have a sedan e90 and I want to put an M3 style bumper(no, I’m not changing badges, just looks), but only the ones that says e92 have the washer holes. Will a m3 style front bumper for e92 work on a non m e90?

If you don't have an M, the E92/93 and E90/91 have different front ends, and you cannot use the e92 bumper.

On an M3, the E90 sedan actually uses the front of a e92 coupe, which is why you CAN interchange them for M cars.
