Our supplier surprised me in the AM with some good news: the exhausts are completed and are getting shipped out to LBC port shortly. I'm excited to share more news upon the arrival of those in SoCal!

Again, thank you all for participating and making this GB so smooth. Can't wait to share the joy of the exhaust sounds with y'all.

I've always wondered what changes were made if any to the internals that differentiates it from V1.

Shipping update:

Unfortunately, the current shipping situation is not the best. Our supplier was only able to secure a shipping spot for us next week. New ETA of the exhaust arrival in SoCal is last week of June/first week of July.

I heard rumors last week of many products being stuck on the ships and a lot of vendors in the US are also low on stock due to that. Our supplier promised to do their best to push our package out ASAP but I wouldn't be too hopeful due to the volume of the shipments being backed up already.

Hope this is the first/last/only delay we get to experience!

Hi everyone!

Our exhausts are scheduled to be shipped out this Friday! One issue I see with this all is we are cutting close to the 4th of July weekend now. Once I know more details from the LBC port (I'll be dealing with the US after the exhausts are shipped) I'll have some more clarity and hopefully more timely updates as we won't have to deal with time difference anymore.

Thank you all for your patience!

Hi everyone,

New but not really exciting update:

The shipment is still at the port and they are waiting for the boat. Customs have been declared and I am waiting for a local US company to reach out to me to fill out ISF (import security filing) and pay all the fees. Based on this I'm assuming the exhausts are leaving China some time next week.

Apologies for the delays but seems like it is all affected by covid outbreaks at the China ports; wish I had more ability to push on this all but hope you understand some things are simply out of my control. I'm as anxious as you are to get these.

Good news, once the boat takes off from the port, I will have a tracking number which I will post here for everyone's convenience.

i recently switched to the valvetronic v2 system from the alibaba exhaust w/ vacuum valves, although they are very similar, the valvetronic cans are a lot smaller compared to the alibaba ones. upon my first test drive, they sound different! its hard to explain, the baba one was a lot more high pitched and raspy, but the valvetronic was just as loud but more deeper and throatier with less rasp. dont get me wrong, for the price point, the baba exhaust is 100% worth it for sure. im not advertising or talking trash on either brands, im actually going to be sending my baba exhaust to valvetronic, so they can make a video comparing the 2 systems. going to be interesting.

Thanks for the feedback - I know some GB members here were curious to know including myself. I was told we are getting a "newer" version of our exhausts as well but not sure what it relates to. Glad you worked out a deal and are a happy customer now

Nice! Do you know how the baba one compares to the Mperf or a modded oem exhaust sounds? My dream exhaust would be like a valved mperf exhaust haha
