OEM Exhaust mod in Victoria
Is there anyone in the Victoria area who has done the oem exhaust mod? I would like to met up and see what it sounds like.

I have a Meisterschaft GT2 in Vic... if u want to hear that let me know... I’ll ask a couple of people I know with m3 and see if they do.

Thanks Chromey. At this point I'm only looking for a small increase in sound. Also, I don't want to trigger any of the decibel meters at the tracks.

ahh thats right Cowichan track went through that complaint process... I still need to get out there. My Buddy use to run the track yet I never made it out there..

Go with the 4 pipe method. I had done the 2 pipe initially and couldn't tell the difference after 20 min. It was barely louder than stock. I went back to the shop the next day, and got the other 2 pipes covered, perfect Imo.

I have the 2 pipe mod on top of my catless x pipe. Budget Brake and Muffler did it for $450. It made a noticeable difference since I was already catless, but if you're running the stock x pipe, you may want to go with the 4 pipe. I also left all the sound deadening in the muffler.
