My Dealer told me my car is in the "Production Bank"

Hi, my dealer told me my car was in the BMW production bank. what does this mean???? Is it pretty much just waiting until the next production date? Someone help me shed some light on this because i dont understand! Thanks!!

ask them if they have a production number. If they do, ask them what the projected build date is. If they can't answer your questions, then they don't know when the car will build.
