Frozen Grey M3 Spotted

I spotted a Frozen Grey M3 this morning coming out of Coto de Caza, CA. Anyone know who this is? Sorry for crappy blackberry pictures.

i don't get why it's a big deal with plate numbers. It's not like you can look up a person's residence with that.

agree... dont think its a big deal. its not like the guy was on a race track or doing a drug deal in a parking lot.

with proper resources you can do alot with a plate #......i wouldnt mind putting my own but not everyone thinks alike.
