Plugs at 70k
Second change since new. Good even wear, no oil on the terminals and they're dry. Definitely due for replacement but signs of a healthy engine. Some oil on the thread is a sign of leaky valve covers which I knew about.
Pro Tip: if you remove the ecu lid and the furthest right wire harness rubber grommet (just slip it out of the way), it's a straight shot to the rearmost plug and makes it easy.

i'll have to try that trick next time.
plugs don't look too bad. i didn't have any oil on mine, but i seem to have a good set of valve covers as well. i didn't know they were related.

If oil on the electrode/terminal then its leaky piston rings, if just on the threads then leaky spark plug tubes (or generically speaking leaky valve cover gaskets)

Not the greatest pic (and in no particular order), but my plugs were pretty dry... maybe a tiny bit of film on one or two, but one of yours almost has enough oil to make a run.
70k and change on my car. About 30k on the plugs.
