strut braces and bolts?

Can someone confirm that these are upside down? If so and I turn them the other way, are those studs that I just re-use or are they one time use bolts? And do the nuts have specific torque specs?

Also looks like there are two hex bolts used at the strut connectors on the other end of the strut brace... one time use only?

Yes those are upside down. They are not one time use. They are steel and you can reuse.

32nm is the torque spec I believe .. if you can see a drainage hole on the hollow bar they are upside down but tbh I don't think it matters

Same person that worked on yours must have worked on mine. I posted a few weeks ago about this very same thing - mine are upside down as well. I keep forgetting to flip them over.
