VERT GUYS Help!
19 or 20? What is the best size rims to put on the E93 and what size do you currently have. I am looking to purchase rims and wanted to know who had what on their cars, and how is the ride quality did it get better or worse. Also if you dropped the car after putting the rims on, does it rub?

Those are stock rims... Did you have them polished or chromed? I'm leaning toward having the "charcoal grey" areas done in gloss black, repolished face and then clear coated. I also like the stock wheels, just added 12 and 15mm spacers to bring them out to the lips.

No drop! Stock M220 (chrome) with PSS 275/255. Still looking to get spacers to push 'em out a bit, but they do fill the wheel well pretty nicely!

Nice! (are you on 265/245's?) I do want to go with 15/12 spacers and hoping my slightly larger tires won't rub... I've heard I'll be okay.

I do not notice a significant difference between my factory OEM 19s and aftermarket 20s as far as ride quality. If anything, the 20s are more comfortable since they are so wide, I can coast over a lot of road imperfections.

Have you dropped your car or put on any spacers after going with 20s? And does it rub?

Nope, no issues with any vibration and they were black annodized off of eBay (like $130 w/ free shipping for the set including black extended lug bolts). Mine are hub-centric and fit extremely tight. Not like they could go anywhere if they wanted to...

I am also dropped and do not use spacers. I prefer my setup over the stock 19" wheels. To each their own.
