What sized tires? Sorry, can't tell from pic. Also, the pic on the car, is that stock suspension? Lastly, TPMS included? If so, what year?

Tires are 245/40/18 265/40/18
Car has the competition pkg so it been lowered an inch
Car is a 2012 so tpms is same and yes it’s included in sale
