Help with diagnosis!

Hello, I’ve got an e93 M3 and these lights just came on my dash. My Parking brake is not up, and the brake light is still on. The Check control won’t give me any errors or information either. My brakes I know are pretty worn and due to be changed. Is this just a warning that the brakes are ready?

New errors, along with increased emmisions. Not sure what is happening. I’ll be bringing the car to a shop Monday.
