gps maps to USB

Please let me know if it's possible to use usb stick with gps maps on it as a navigation cd?
I'm From Georgia, republic of Georgia and BMW doesn't support Georiga on it's Navigation CD. I have garmin maps on USB.

What should i do please help out

I'm pretty sure the maps need to come from CD/DVD for them to be installed.
