Here's the oil cooler data. Both data points taken from the last session of the day, about mid session. Blue and cool colors are from today, 28 May 2016. Temperature is 82 degrees. Red and warm colors are from my last visit to ACS, Feb 20. Temperature then was 76 degrees.

Today's fastest lap was 1:54.47 which is shown. Fast lap Feb 20th was 1:55.882.

I know this graph looks busy, but the two squiggy looking lines towards the bottom of the graph are the oil temperatures. The smooth lines almost directly above it is the speedometer. The square step lines above that tell you what gear I'm in.

Lines above that are temperatures, and water temperatures. You can see that my Feb 20th water temp shows 405 - a bogus result (my engine coolant temperature sensor was broken).

I did not go into limp mode at all today in warmer temperatures. DCT gear shifting was a little laggy towards the end of a session (1 second delay). I only had Motul fluid, was not able to get the DCT cooler from do88 installed and ready for this weekend.

This is with a CSF radiator + do88 oil cooler only.

I think I'll be able to get a better read at Buttonwillow since that track is horribly problematic for my cooling systems.

yea, he told me he only got a few thermal pics because his battery on that camera was extremely low. i wish i would have known, i would have popped the hood and had him take pics of my heat wrap job on the airbox!

i'll get the vids up soon, but it will be a few days because of work.

anyone else use the air supply in the garages? smelled really weird and i got another whiff of it when i got home. almost smelled like a dead body or something.

i didn't spin at 7/8, but i did sort of accidentally disgruntle a few people at turn 12... i gridded up wrong for session two (didn't realize it was the numbers on the right- thought it was the pit numbers on the left) and got behind a bunch of slow people. easily passed a few slower guys on the straight leading up to 12 (open passing), but they didn't slow down at all. it was a bit crowded and a few people may have gone off of the line (but stayed on track).
at the download session, someone was whining about a "small, black M two door." not sure what the complaint was, but it doesn't fit my description.

i honestly thought they would back off a little (like i did, and others did) when being passed.

did you go back for another day eric?

btw, my fastest time of the day was 1:57:179 in the second session. first time at this track. i need the most work at the big sweeper before the roval. i was inconsistent and turned too wide or turned in too early and killed my times. one time i went way wide on the exit and hit the banking pretty violently and banged my helmet on the side of the roof.

I didn't go to that meeting and someone told me that someone was calling out a black one for sliding but couldn't recall number or two or four doors. I said it means he was too slow and too far back to recall and/or never caught up. Therefore not my problem lol

You let me pass on short straight before turn 12 and I almost didn't make it. Pfc08 are pretty damn good. Maxxis rc1 are pretty damn good too
