Garaged all the time, only taken out in the summer.
New tires.
The M3 is in Massachusetts.
I'm not looking for a trade.
It was on BAT.

Faults: It has a scratch under the front bumper from a tire stop. You can't see it unless you lift the car.
The Venture shield has an imperfection in it. I can't capture it in a photo.
Asking:$49,900

Beautiful M3, did you list where the car is located?

A single-owner car with less than 10K miles would definitely be a good candidate for BAT (Bring A Trailer) and maybe EAG in Cincinnati.

What are you smoking? An IB M3 competition 6 speed went for 73K - seller had a mint car/beautiful presentation.

https://bringatrailer.com/listing/2011-bmw-m3-coupe-34/

I'd expect OPs to sell in the 40s.

That has 70% more miles. Under 10k is collector status. About 10k addition for every 1k miles less.

Looks like this already was on BaT.

https://bringatrailer.com/listing/20...convertible-7/

I would be in at the low 40's.

Sellers on BaT (and BaT themselves) are setting reserves too high on E9X M3's. If this only reached $39k in October of last year, right now its not even getting that high. OP needs a unicorn hunter looking for this exact unicorn to get anywhere near his asking.

Agreed, the e93 market is pretty soft and non-lci + silver interior doesn't help. Still, hope the seller gets a premium given it's mileage and condition.

The M3 is in Massachusetts. It was on BAT. I got it on late in the fall so the response was not what I wanted. BAT has a $400 and 2.5% buyer fee. So I don't get the result I wanted.

I'm not looking for a trade.
It has spent the majority of time in the garage.
I'm willing to consider reasonable offers.
Otherwise it will just stay in the garage.

Are there any dealers in Florida that will sell this on consignment? This is a perfect sunshine state spec.

Spot on. Had this been a e90/92 with black interior I could see it getting 50 but even that would require the right buyer. I think $39k was a solid price I would be happy with that. High 30’s to low 40’s seems like the realistic spot for this car but there could be a unicorn buyer out there looking for this spec who knows. Beautiful car though, glws!

I don't see many E93s out there with 10k miles! The low mileage E90/92 are getting very expensive too, more so than the E93. Diving an M3 with the V8 is a thrill unmatched by the newer versions.

Car is beautiful OP, no doubt. As a rag-top man I would love to have it!

However, as a former owner of 2 M3 verts I can tell you they never get close to the value of an exact-spec coupe/sedan. Never gonna happen. To be perfectly honest, I think $40-43k is about max it will pull considering non-LCI with silver interior, even with the crazy low mileage. It is hard to overcome the M-vert value drop, and it sucks cause they cost way more out the door and almost immediately hit the floor. I had a 2 year old 2002 E46 M3 with only 12k miles, purchased in late 2001 and sold in late 2003 with 2 years warranty left, and it took a long time and the best I could get for it was $14k under what I paid. I was not happy, but it simply is what it is in the car world.

I do think the above comment about trying to sell this in Florida would be a good idea. Location and this time of year may work to your advantage.

GLWS!!

Had a long convo with Evan from EAG in OH - And there are a couple reasons they stay away from E93's - it's a 4000lb car, and the V8 S65 is not relatively torquey... His words: "the car is lethargic and slow... Although, it sounds good." But it's a cruiser. Very niche for a buyer who wants that. That is the fundamental reason these e93 convertibles haven't held their value as opposed to the coupe's or the e90 4door sedan. According to them e90 sedan with 6-speed manual is the pinnacle of the E9x V8 model - holds highest value they said.

That said - If you want a bargain, S65 V8 with it's glorious sound.... And appreciate a convertible - I think this is where it's at - but price would be lower. Passed on a collector grade 2013 silver 5k mile Silver LCI e93 for $50k 3 months ago... which I regret now. But it did stick around for quite some time... KBB was $37k

Thats a cool story .. but there's clearly something wrong with someone what would use the word "slow" to describe an E93 M3
