Gloss Black or Matte Black Front Grill?

Hi guys sorry for starting a thread just for this simple question. I was just on the phone with IND placing an order for front grills and then got a bit confused. Matte black or Gloss black grill? My M3 is Alpine White. I had matte black on my last m3 so i know how it looks already. My side trim (along doors and window) are MATTE black and not the gloss black trim. I was wondering how the gloss black front grill will look on an AW m3 and if anyone has a Matte black side trim but still went with gloss black grills.

are your wheels matte finish? If so, matte. Chrome/high gloss = gloss grills.... IMO

I tried both. But neither hold a candle to black chrome. It would look hot, but you'd probably want to do the side gills and the hood grills as well, for the whole look.

I opted for gloss black on my mineral white, but I have the gloss black window trim also.

Trim along the doors and windows is matte? You replaced the stock trim?
I went with gloss on my grilles and gills and they're a perfect match for my stock door trim and mirror mounts.

Your the 3rd person who questioned the matte black window trim lol. Do they only come in gloss black finish in the States? In Canada the gloss black trim is an additional $800 add-on when you initially order the car. I bought my car used so it came with just the basic matte black window trim.

I've never heard of matte black window trim, either here in the US or in Germany when I was over there. I got mine with gloss black in Germany.

Oh. New one on me. I'd never heard that before.
In that case...if the trim on your car is matte...I'd probably go that route to match.
