I'm using a Tunai Firefly. The Tune2Air that I had produced badly muffled sound on the right side channel.
The Firefly sounds decent enough. (Reputedly much better than a working Tune2Air.) I keep thinking about buying the eBay MOST bluetooth/ipod interface and trying it. It's cheap enough to be very tempting, but just enough money that I'll be annoyed if it doesn't work.

I dont have factory BT so thats probably why, though I dont know why the phone audio doesnt continue to be routed through the BT connection to the T2A, maybe some setting on the phone I can change..

Ran into this with our 328i without factory BT. Tune2air works for music only. I never found a way to route calls thru it. doesn't make sense to me that i can't do that.

tune2air here as well. Works pretty good. rarely doesn't connect. Quality of sound is maybe a 3 out of 5. It seems to be the best of the "easy" solutions.

I use tune2air and didn’t notice a difference between plugging my phone into aux. highly recommend. It’s just really annoying that my phone rays connected even after I leave the car. You have to make sure you lock it so that it shuts off the Bluetooth. (I don’t normally lock it when it’s in my garage)

Bovee Tune2air sounds like garbage in my car. I have a feeling the one I have is on its way out (bought it used). Plugged in directly to the Aux with a 3.5mm, it sounds great. With the Bovee, tons of static and breaking up when going beyond half volume. I have the Individual Sound System (S572A).
