Long Island Dealership

I have to get my 30,000 mile check up and I am looking for the best dealership and SA. The car goes out of warranty at the beginning of June and id like to get the best service possible. I'm hoping to get the spark plugs and all fluids done before the warranty expires. I realize some fluid intervals aren't covered under warranty but do you guys have a SA that would hook it up?

Thanks for your help

Hassel is a no no if you have a 6 speed. never allow those monkeys use a 6 speed.
BMW Rallye is really good. I switch from Hassel to Rallye even though it is another 20min drive.

I am not trying to bag on Hassel ether their sales department is good but service isn't that i was looking for.

In terms of a "hassle" free mind i would bring my M3 to Rallye.

Whatever you do stay away from Chris Blanco SA at Rallye. The guy is a piece of ****. Had my car serviced for 4 days and the guy did nothing with it. I had a verbal joust with him and he returned my car with bird shit all over my front hood. I'm making the drive to Prestige instead.

I used to go to Dennis, SA, who is a friend, we track our cars together sometimes, but unfortunately he is no longer works there
Now, if i go there, i would ask for David ONeal.

Competiton, I used Rudy and service went great. Habberstad for many years and just switched due to poor service.

Just saw a white M5 with a service tag on it driving on Rt. 231 in West Islip. Damn s/a probably getting his rocks off beating someone's ride from Bay Shore dealer. Owner gonna be like "why is there 6 miles on my car in for an oil change?"

Lol its okay, whenever I mention Hassel to anyone I always get a weird look. Iv been with them for almost 10 years and my family purchased multiple cars from them and I have had a great experience with them. I tried Rallye but the sales guy we met was such a disgrace, Id be shocked if he was still there. He closed his computer on us and packed up his things and left in the middle of negotiations because we refused to pay 10k just to ORDER an X5. Never worked with their service department though.

carol at rallye, she will remember me as the dr with all the white cars in my fleet of the photo I showed her..had issues with my m3 that two other dealerships including a month stay at one with so called engineers coming down to look at it...went for ride with service manager who heard the noise instantly and said would take few days to figure it out..turned out to be something like a shield around the drive shaft that was bent ...two days later problem solved...
