What did you end up doing with your spacers? I'm in the same position, but I have not opened up the 15mm spacers yet. I put the 12.5 in the rear, but I'm thinking of moving them to the front and exchanging the 15 for 10's. Problem is Turner says 10mm could be a problem, yet I see many people running 10mm. What do you think and is 10mm a problem at all on our cars

Rubbing?: Slight rubbing in rear at speed over large compressions. No rubbing in front.

Trade my new 12.5mm Turner Spacers for your 10mm spacers?

Yokohama AD08's: 275/30 and 295/30 on E92 comp pkg, no spacers and no rubbing so far (street and autox). I was worried it would rub but so far, nothing. Looks great and handling was amazing on the autox course (compared to stock PS2's).

I do have the pins pulled up front.

good to know...I'd like to get the same tire size once I burn thru the OEMs and was wondering if my 12.5mm spacers (all around) would still work..fron your info sounds like it will...

Rear ZCP + PSS 275/35 + 12.5mm spacers will definitely rub. 10mm is the max and you will still get an occasional rub over large g loaded bumps.

does MS make a smaller spacer than 10mm, like a 8 or 7mm one? Or is that just useless....I just dropped my car on B&G springs (1" front, .5" rear) and have ZCP wheels and very soon will be upping size to a 275/35 PSS tire. Should I just go with no spacers at all in the back then?

Is there a problem buying a 10mm spacer (or smaller i assume) though because i read the sticky and it seems it creates a problem being it doesnt sit flush against the hub and can cause vibration

Yes, this can cause an issue. Guess you just have to decide what you want most.

I was running OEM GTS wheels with OEM PS2 tire sizes with 18mm front and 15mm rear spacers.

On the car right now are BBS LM 275/30/19 front with a 10mm spacer and 305/30/19 rear PSS tires.

This is all on H&R springs.

Are you having any vibration/humming with the 10mm spacer?

Nope but this is a BBS spacer made to be used with their wheels. I don't know how it compares to an MS or other spacer of the same width.

exactly!

if you notice, I said mine was a 10mm rear, and I did rub slightly once when I went over my "test" bump that usually brings out the rubs if any.

Will these rub?

Given the info in this thread sounds like this is no problem:

Just upsizing tires on an stock '11 Comp Coupe to Michelin PSS 255/35 and 275/35 from 245's and 265's. Tire shop tells me they will rub front or rear, can't remember. I say BS. What say you? TIA

Car: 07 E90

Wheels w/ Offsets: M3 OEM 219M - (F) 18x8.5" ET29, (R) 18x9.5" ET23

Spacers: None

Tires / Miles: Michelin Pilot Sport - (F) 245/40/18, (R) 265/40/18; About 5k miles.

Suspension: OEM

EDC Setting: Normal/Sport
