P152D Code help

Hi guys, getting code P152D code for idle speed control valve.

Replaced actuators and ICV, code is still coming up.

Happens EVERY cold start after 12+ hours or so, code comes up + Limp mode. I turn car off, then back on right away and codes gone, no CEL, idle is fine, no issues whatsoever. Won't come on the rest of the day. Only comes on after long period (sitting overnight) and cold start. Any ideas?

2011 Gintani SC M3 with 30k miles.

The same thing has been happening to me. Did you find a remedy?

For my specific case it was tune related. Only happens when it's under 5c ambient temperature as the car wasn't tuned for cold (it's not winter driven). As soon as it's warmer than 6-7c outside it doesn't happen ever.
