WTB: CHEAP 6mt E92 - rebuilt/high mileage/rough condition is okay!

I'm looking for the cheapest 6mt E92 out there. It's going to be a project car with some major modifications so I don't really need a super clean car to start with. I do want a 6MT E92 though, but any other colors/options are fair game. Rebuilt titles, high mileage, poor condition cars are fine.
