Price check on e92 m3

Hi all,

About to pick up an e92 and wanted to triple check im not overpaying.

Car is a pre LCI 2009 e92m3 dct with EDC with About 78k miles on it.
Rod bearings and spark plugs were done at 75k
Oil dct pan was done at 60k
Car comes with 20k miles of remaining carmax maxcare warranty.

Seller is asking for 21.5k which i think is fair but the interior is pretty worn down.

Thoughts?

If you can cope with the interior till you're able to fix it up then its actually not a bad price.

exterior color? interior color? CF roof? nav or no nav? cloth seats or leather? any mods?

also, how come every car for sale JUST had the rod bearings done after years of ownership?!
