Pricing Help: 2011 E92 M3, Comp, 6MT, 25K miles, Space Grey

Hello,

Found a car that has all the options I want very close to me. It just hit the lot this week (a high end luxury exotic car place). The car looks very clean in and out.

It seems priced very high however at $49,950
I was thinking more like low 40's? maybe I'm dreaming. Feedback appreciated!!

Apologize in advance the pics are not sized proportionally.

Here's the details:

25,400 miles. Single-owner 6-Speed Manual 2011 BMW M3 Coupe. Space Grey Metallic / Black, optional Competition Package, Cold Weather Package, Premium Package, Technology Package, iPod/USB integration, Smartphone integration, Enhanced Premium Sound and Moonroof. Standard 4.0L V8, M performance equipment. $67,235 MSRP, $10,750 in options.

Just one owner from new, this 2011 BMW M3 is sleek E92 M3 presented in Space Grey Metallic over black. This M3 has been fastidiously kept and cared for by its only previous owner since new, showing in stunningly well-kept condition throughout. It was originally ordered with an impressive $10,750 in optional equipment, and total MSRP when new was $67,235. The Park Place LTD Service Center has performed a thorough 71-point inspection, a record of which is on file.

This M3 is a fabulous example that features the highly-desirable Competition Package, Technology Package, Premium Package and Cold Weather Package. These option groups outfit the car with adaptive xenon head lamps, GPS navigation, Bluetooth, BMW Assist, Comfort Access, Carbon Leather interior trim, heated power-adjustable front sport seats, power-folding mirrors, Homelink, M-Drive and head lamp washers. Further options include Enhanced Premium Sound, iPod/USB integration, Smartphone Integration and a moonroof. Notable standard features include adaptive xenon head lamps, HD radio, auto climate control, rain-sensing wipers and tire pressure monitoring.

Included with this M3 is the original window sticker, owner's books, two remote keys, service records and CarFax history report.

Definitely overpriced. I paid that much over a year ago for my 2011 and it's an individual.

I agree on both fronts.

The 50k is too high (I would say even from a BMW dealer with CPO).

The $44k listing here is fairly priced in my book.

Good luck to you both.

Probably a good 5 grand too high.

Just say no to moonroof and cold weather package.

I bought a fully loaded CPO 2011 E93 with 20K miles for 50K from a dealer. This price is definitely way too high.

I live in Seattle so heated seats is a nice touch. I'm not a track guy so I'll take the hit for non carbon roof. I appreciate the feedback though. Cheers.

Thanks. I'm going in with 44K as my price then. I did price through KBB etc and that seems to be the right price point. Cheers.

I'm sure there is room for movement on price but not low $40's.

I bought an '09 Coupe with DCT that had 15K on it for $43. $46-$47 for your '11
would be realistic depending on content. Don't forget, they know what they have and if you don't buy it someone else will. If you like it buy it. It's not an investment.

Thanks for the feedback on your deal. 44K seems to be the number. I better check on the warranty myself. Cheers.

Good point. I should have noted that I've been looking for 6 months and did not expect this to be such a long exercise. I found my E46 in a month with some help from a buddy back in the day.

I felt once the M4 came out prices on these would come down "more". I was wrong

Yea people saying low 40's are dreaming. That's the value for private sale but from a dealer expect a 2-3k mark up. 46-47 is a good deal but if it's a cpo then 50k is possible.

Prices did fall after m4 launch but not as much as I thought. i don't think the m4 was accepted by the general public and journalists too well so that might have something to do with e9x prices holding up well. Given time it will depreciate but for now it's still going strong.
