Hmmm...looks VERY nice. How does it mount to the muffler - is it the same clamp system as the "normal" tips? It would be nice to see a straight on shot to see what it would look like from behind the car.

Looks good. Thanks.

That is some very very good CF work for tips, but I wouldn't get them
Would be nice to hold and admire for a bit, but I'm not a huge fan of too much CF or even showy glamorous CF parts

there CF mufflers for the race bikes are top notch so it doesn't suprise me that those came out good. not something i would put on my car though, not into the whole CF thing. looks good though

...last thing I need is to worry about my cf tips being jacked when I'm park my car. Very sexy nevertheless.

its nice, but Im over the cf fad. As much as I love my M, a part of me is excited to buy and mod a different car because Im not doing any carbon fiber exterior parts on my next ride.

Umm... are these real CF? Looks like painted to me (at least from the last picture).

Looks quite real from a distance though!

Garage List
Im guessing that they used a lot of layers of a dark resin so they can handle the heat, and your seeing the exposed weave but not the spots where the edges meet.

Sick tips. Wonder if they would fit over other exhaust pipes...

i doubt it is painted, they have been making these in CF for awhile now and they get really hot and there is no problems. i have had them on my prior race bikes before and they hold up very well under extreme heat. the only reason i don't use them now is bc we got a different sponsor for pipes now
