Clunk noise over asphalt cracks / bumps

Whenever I drive over a small pothole or crack in the road, there's a metallic clunking sound coming from the driver side front wheel and my steering wheel kinda wobbles when it happens.

Some people mentioned that it's most likely a loose sway bar end link, but I checked them and they're tight with no play. The strut nut is tight and the top hat is new.

The sway bar bushings look worn but I wouldn't think that would cause the sound. Thoughts?
