Camber Plates and Swift Springs with Ohlins

So I'm getting Ohlins R&T, and I've heard that people normally swap the springs out with Swift springs and get camber plates if they plan on tracking their M3.

Is there a specific spring rate that's recommended? Haven't reached out to my go-to alignment shop yet, but figured I'd ask here.

Why not get an Ohlins Dedicated Track that already comes built with Swift springs and Vorshlag plates.

How good of a deal? Camber plates are ~$450 and springs + helpers are another ~$500ish. Plus the dedicated tracks have better valving for spring rates; with standard R/T kit you're pretty much capped at maybe 500/800lbs? If not 400/700lbs. For street use and occasional track day that should be more than enough.

For now, I'm not planning on tracking more than 5 or 6 times per year
