Every service is up to date within the last 1,500km~ - brakes (pads/rotors), rod bearings, throttle actuators, transmission, spark plugs, fluids etc.

Fully loaded except extended leather.

Mods -> front gloss black grille, front painted reflectors, painted side mirrors (Jet Black OEM BMW colour), E90 Carbon Fibre Performance Spoiler, Macht Schnell X-pipe & Eisenmann Race Exhaust. All stock parts included except oem exhaust.

Exterior is immaculate. No rust. Entire front bumper, hood and fenders have new Xpel put on about 250km ago. Not a dent or a ding anywhere, except directly behind the front wheels, the very front of the rockers have stone chips - Alberta. 9.5 overall. Windshield clean.

Interior is immaculate also. The only issue is the power button has a broken clip so you need to replace that piece. It's $230~ from ECS.

Car has 35% Xpel (IIRC) tint all around.

Winter tires in OEM size included. 245/35/19 and 265/35/19 - Michelin Alpin PA4. Summer rubber is Michelin PSS.

The car is genuinely very clean. Probably the cleanest E90 available as a feeler right now. Not a penny spared. If you bought it off this description alone, without ever seeing a picture, you would be perfectly fine. I will miss it if I let it go. However, it may be time.
