Have a 95 Avus Blue M3, with 63k miles on body and around 30k miles on engine.
Sparco roll cage ($6k according to the previous owner)
2 Sparco seats and steering wheel
6 point Hans harness, window net
Bilstein coil-overs front and rear 9 way adjustable
Light flywheel with center force clutch
Short-shifter,
P-F 97 and 90 front pads with Brembo slotted, dimple rotors
Rear With P-F 90
Air brake duck.
C-F Hood.
K-1 rims with 888
Stock ones with Nt-01
3.5 HFM, 24 lbs injectors, TMS chip
3.73 with 40% LSD
Stewart waterpump
Still have AC and currently register in Ca
Car is race ready.
Can be GT3 or 4 with Nasa

OK cool,

I am interested in the race car, but won't have the cash for about a month or so...
Couple of questions for you:

1. Is it street legal?
2. Is this an IP car for BMWCCA Club racing?
3. Any major accidents? street or track
4. Also, where are you in socal? I would like to see the car if it's still available in a couple of weeks

No major accident, just a fender bender by previous owner at right quarter panel, fixed it over a year ago
but no it started to crack again. Could have that fixed prior selling.
Just got back from Buttonwillow last weekend
It was so hot that the coolant expansion tank cracked

but that is like $40 parts
And new fan blade will be replaced

I assumed you may have a stock HFM lying around or another. Such a built car I figured would possibly have some things with spares. Good Luck with sale

Tested the car at SOW last weekend
No overheating what so ever.
But did a poorly 1'33
