Thinking of getting a BB for daily wear. My current watches, save for a Deep Blue are a bit costly to beat up (see my next post).
Its easier than the subs in my opinion. about the same as the 5 digit with aluminum insert and definitely easier than the 6 digit with ceramic.

The bezel just pops off, then using a thin plastic knife, you slide that under the insert and around the bezel until it pops off. Then just press back on watch.

The 6 digit sub requires a special tool to snap/unsnap the ceramic insert. without it, you are most likely going to break the insert, and those are not cheap.

As much as I like the usual mechanical watches and have several of, I can't help getting sucked into the world of smart watches. Recently added to my collection of smart watches of Tag Heuer Connected Modular 45 and Apple Watch is the Montblanc Summit as shown in the picture. I love wearing my mechanical watches but keep wanting to go back to these every now and then for some reason.

The watch quality wise is good ,there's no sharp edges ,grasping the crown is very easy too . However, I must caveat you with the fact that that watch picked up some water condensation inside the glass and the crown was tightened up too . I notified the staff about that problem . That was unacceptable by any means let alone a watch that claims 100 meters water resistance
I hit the local watchmaker and he applied silicone once he removed the bezel and bezel screws aren't for fancy concerns , they're for real
He replaced the gasket and added an extra gasket into the caseback which this watch didn't feature
He also "ventilated" the movement as he said water could have damaged the movement .
Movement wise it's a Swiss Movement a feather to the watch brand's cap
There's another things I' obliged to say :
If you order this watch with a canvas strap ,make sure your wrists don't sweat as much as mine because inner liner of the strap dyes on my wrist which is unpleasant to me
I don't think this would be a case with a leather or rubber strap
I like their Diver model as well. This brand punches well above its height despite a couple of niggling issues

Not the new version but sure is a great looking diver, an engineering marvel. Wasnt a daily watch for me - I actually didn’t wear it very much so I sold it, it’s way too crazy thick.

Used to own a GMT II BLNR

Traded in and got this since I was wearing it 2 days a week

I prefer this since it has some heft to it Feels heavy at first but then you get used to it

I love it
