January 2011 lease factors

Although not seen them released officially, sources have quoted the 2011 M3 convertible to have dropped by one point on the already high residual, but also the interest dropped significantly to a base factor of .00060 or 1.44%.

Even with the loss of the holiday cash and $500 price increase, this still appears to be a better deal than last month with those factors.

That is cheaper than last month with 7 MFD, if you put down 7 MSD you get close to less than 1% interest ?

Yep, 0.265% interest. If these factors are correct, that is pretty sweet - virtually no interest for 36 mos and you make over 10% on your max MSD's.

** This is still not confirmed however, so need to see the rates from more sources today.

leasecompare.com should be posting the jan 2011 any day now...

***remember tho, if you are locked in for a december or november rate, you get the Holiday Credit...even if January numbers are better, you might want to do the math and see if the HC +previous rates are worth keeping...you can't get the HC with january rates...

Good point, but my initial math using those yet unconfirmed numbers, make it a better deal even with the loss of $1,500 cash, lower residual and price increase.

My order was placed on December 31'st using the pre MSRP increase numbers and an assumed 66% 10K Mile residual + .00011 (7 MSD's) gives me almost $85/month reduction.

The BMW residual rate on 3/10K was 65% in December and supposedly 64% now. I have never heard of the residual being raised by a dealer, how did you do that?

My bad I assumed a higher residual, so the difference might not be that high then. more like 40-50 dollars.

CONFIRMED - the money factor is .00060 for loyalty customers. January deal looks like a winner.

What about new leases, not those rolling over? Hard to compare this rate with the last rate which was for anyone. What was last Loyalty rate?

Appears those residuals are correct cracker123, but the money factor is .000090 for those not currently in a BMW lease (the .000060 is for Loyalty customers). That makes this months terms very good, but with the holiday cash and old price and the December terms, I believe last months deal may be about $16 cheaper per month.

Quick question regarding the loyalty program. If I am out of my current lease but within the 6 month period for BMWFS to credit me back my disposition fee... Would I still qualify for the loyalty program or do I have to be in a BMW lease as of today ??
