Help with used Pricing

I was wondering if you could help me out a little bit. I've been looking for an M3 for about 2 months now and I haven't been able to find the exact one that I'm looking for.

I'm more interested in buying used because I can't really justify buying new because of the price tag.

This is really the car that I'm looking for options/color combo.

They are asking $52,330 and it is at a dealership.

Any type of opinions and insight would be unbelievably helpful!

I was in a simialr boat, looking at used ones as I didn't really want to spend so much for a new one, knowing I'd be piling the miles one. But once I saw the lease rates (I leased an E90) for January for 15K/36 mo, and found out it's just $0.15 per extra mile, I went ahead and did an ED lease through GOLFFRR and Ryan Amico. GOLFFRR responded above already; may want to ask him about a lease as well.

Thanks! Aren't there goofy stipulations when buying a car from California from another state? I'm located in Ohio. I've heard there are some goofy laws or something involving sales tax possibly.

Yeah, that's what I figured.

My other question was the differences in '08 vs. '09. Updated iDrive system, rear taillights and....

I wasn't sure of the rest, but the updated iDrive is a huge plus for me.

MOT : hahaha the day after i got the spoiler painted and installed! I didn't realize it had been a year already till i got the call from Thomas saying I need to get a new one. lol

my old one is the perfect used M3 for those who are looking for a car that is basically brand new inside and out and never driven over 80.
