Ok i rather ask you guys locally what you guys have done for tunning. right now i have a drop in filter and remus race exhaust with the rear silencer removed. Looking to remove the primary cat and get a tune. Looking to see what you guys recommend and what kinda power gains. With these mods ive herd that i could make 32-40 hp and have my redline 8600. Just dont want any cel and be able to pass ny inspection. Is this possible?

I don't think you will pass inspection in NY without primaries and a tune. The tune basically turns off those sensors and NY has a readiness test where all sensors must past a certain number of miles before it can pass.
